You approve a price first
You get a written quote by text. Nothing is scheduled and nothing is charged until you approve it.
You pay when it is done
Payment is collected after the work is finished, and it is held for two days. If it is not right in that window, you tell Guildry and we sort it out.

The plain-English fine print
Pricing
You pay the price on the quote you approved — nothing more. All amounts are in US dollars (USD), and every quote lists each line with its price, plus any deposit, service fee and tax, before you approve it. No subscription, no membership, and no charge for asking.
Payments & refunds
Payments are processed securely by Stripe; Guildry never stores card numbers. As the contracting party, Guildry usually pays its providers two days after the customer pays for a completed job, and a customer can request a refund or rework during that window. A guarantee claim can also be filed for 30 days after completion, up to Guildry’s $1,000 cap per engagement. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
