The plain-English fine print

Pricing

During the V1 pilot, Guildry charges providers no platform fees. Customers pay the provider’s quoted price — nothing more. All amounts are in US dollars (USD); each quote itemizes labor, materials, any optional deposit, and applicable sales tax before approval. Any post-pilot fees will be communicated in writing in advance.

Payments & refunds

Payments are processed securely by Stripe; Guildry never stores card numbers. As the contracting party, Guildry pays its providers two days after a job is completed, and a customer can request a refund or rework during that window. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
